Sweet Dreams

Gather Bells is a baku, a creature tasked to feed on the dreams of humans. Living on the top of a mountain with only her fellow baku for company, she yearns for more.
​
She begins to dream herself, and in her dreams, meets a mortal dreamer who changes her life.
​
This short story was featured in Issue 12 of Eyedrum Periodically Magazine in the theme of "fusion."
